Wellness Retreat details are as follows:
Dates: from 5pm on Friday 25th May until 10am on Monday 28th May 2018
Location: The Lodge on the Loch Spa Retreat in Aboyne, Aberdeenshire: http://www.thelodgeontheloch.com/
What's included: Luxury accommodation for 3 nights, 2-course dinner on 3 evenings, breakfast on 3 mornings and lunch on 2 days. (all dietary requirements will be catered for, where possible, by the in-house chef) as well as two tea/coffee breaks per day and snacks of fruit and energy bars. 2 x 1-2-1 personal training sessions. 2 treatments chosen by you from facial, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage and Hopi ear candling. 2 group Yoga sessions. Group HIIT style fitness session each morning. Group nutrition talks. 1-2-1 nutritional advice. Cookery demo. Use of relaxation area and the hot tub and sauna (both to be booked at the venue) with robe, slippers and towel provided.
Cost: Cost will be dependent on what accommodation you would like to book. We have reserved twin rooms which will be double occupancy. You can share with a friend if you are coming together, or we will select a sharer for you if you are coming by yourself. We will try where possible to link up appropriate to age and interests. Under no circumstances will we link anyone up with a member of the opposite sex, unless they are coming to the Retreat as a couple and request to be in a room together. There are a very limited number of single occupancy rooms also available which are smaller rooms (but just as luxurious) with a double bed, but these will obviously be more expensive.
The prices are:
£705 per person for double occupancy in a twin room, and
£810 per person for single occupancy in a smaller double room.
