Get ready for summer with this kick-start program which will give you all the tools you need to lose some unwanted weight. Program developed for you based on your height, current weight, lifestyle and lifestyle changes you want to adopt. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack suggestions provided to suit your program. Online support throughout the 8 week period. Weigh in, measurements and photos taken (by you) and shared with us at the start and after each two week period (photo sharing optional). Weekly check in by Skype, phone, email or text, depending on your preference.
Notes: Only a total of 10 places available on this challenge! We will not provide full meal plans, but will provide suggestions based on the information you give us. We will provide you with information on what your total daily calorie and macro intake should be and advice on the best way for you to track your intake. There will be no direct face to face contact; you provide us with some details and we tailor a plan for you.
