Commencing Friday 31st August until Friday 12th October, come with us on a journey to start your new health and fitness lifestyle.
What is included:: - Realistic goal setting for the initial 6 weeks and thereafter. - Current diet analysis which will require a lot of input from you so we can understand exactly what you're consuming. - Advice based on that analysis on how you can change your current diet to achieve the goals you set yourself at the start of the 6 weeks. - Workout plans which will be devised by a qualified Personal Trainer based on your lifestyle, fitness levels, abilities and your goals. All workout plans will be able to be done at home with no gym subscription or equipment required and should take no longer than around 30 minutes each workout. - Weekly progress check in to make sure you are content with the program and are starting to achieve your desired results. - email support as and when you need it.
Who is this for? - Anyone who wants to lose a few pounds and / or wants to adopt a healthier diet and / or wants to start exercising more without having to join a gym.
What is not included? - Meal plans and ridiculous diets!
